Nature and purpose:

Nano titanium dioxide are divided into two crystal forms of anatase and rutile with an appearance of white powder, high purity, characteristics of even granularity and average grain size of less than 100 nm. It has the properties of good transparency, chemical stability, thermal stability and excellent absorbency to UVA and UVB. It is insolubility in water, organic acid and weak inorganic acid, and solubility in sulfuric acid, alkali and hydrofluoric acid.

The model of HTTi-02 which crystal is rutile has good screening function of shielding ultraviolet (UV) ray. The product with the different surface treatment has better hydrophilic and lipophilic, while the model of HTTi-03 is hydrophilicity and HTTi-04 is lipophilicity. The products have very good characteristic of even granularity and excellent absorbency to UVA and UVB. And it has well dispersion in water or oil medium. It can be used as ultraviolet ray screening agent and is widely used in sunscreen cosmetics, functional chemical fiber, high-grade plastics and other fields.
